Dr. Gill is professor of pediatrics and medicine at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee. She is also director of the Comprehensive Center for Bleeding Disorders at the BloodCenter of Wisconsin in Milwaukee. Additionally, she serves as medical director of the Hemophilia and Bleeding Disorders Center at the Children's Hospital of Wisconsin. Dr. Gill has been researching bleeding disorders for over 20 years and is currently studying the genetics of inhibitor formation in hemophilia.

Dr. Gill has been an invited guest lecturer at national and international forums, most recently speaking about the treatment of bleeding in von Willebrand Disease (VWD) at the World Federation of Hemophilia meeting. She has received the honor of being named one of the Best Doctors in America continually since 1996.

Certified in pediatrics and pediatric hematology/oncology, Dr. Gill received her medical degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin. Her professional memberships include the American Society of Hematology, the American Society of Pediatric Hematology/Oncology, and the Society for Pediatric Research. In addition, she belongs to several national committees, including the Hemophilia Inhibitor Study Group and the NIH Transfusion Medicine Network, where she is a member of the Pediatric Subcommittee and co-chair of the Hemophilia Subcommittee.
