Hetty Lima, RPh, FASHP, is the Vice President of Blood Products for Coram Specialty Infusion Services in Denver, Colorado.
She has more than 24 years of alternate site/specialty pharmacy experience and is a past President of the American Society of Health Systems Pharmacists (ASHP) Section of Home Care Practitioners. Lima has lectured and published extensively on the clinical and practical aspects of home infusion and specialty pharmacy. Her work has appeared in numerous pharmacy/nursing journals.
No strangers to von Willebrand Disease, Hetty and her family all have VWD. She and her son, Benjamin, have Type 1 moderate severe VWD, her husband, Peter, has mild Type 1 VWD, and her youngest son, Nik, has Type 3 severe VWD.
